Our Mission Statement
To develop players that will love the game of soccer for a life time, providing a goal oriented environment in which all
athletes can measure growth in self and internally strive to achieve self motivated levels of success, while imprinting in
them a passion for the sport.
With the hope that providing these athletes with the proper coaching and training, a chance to increase their skill in
soccer may become an avenue to academic success that would lead to scholarships for High School and eventually higher education
such as College.
The first U10 "Auguilas De Montebello"
OUR BEGINNINGS
Monarchs United Soccer Club currently participates in competitive competition as a member of Inter-America Soccer League,
based in So. California, which is one amongst very few Latino soccer leagues that are under the endorsement and guidance of
the California Youth Soccer Association-South (CYSA-S)
We started MUSC July 2003 with a U10 soccer team composed of player from AYSO Montebello and players from other teams
here in Montebello, original name of the first team was "Aguilas De Montebello" and we participated in Inter-America
Soccer League in the City of El Monte, The first season the U10 took 3rd place among a group of 12 teams. The fallowing season
fall 2004 we created a U12 team which was formed completely of player from AYSO Montebello Region 1065 which played one season
as "Aguilas De Montebello"
On August 2004 the U10 and U12 teams split into two separate teams, the U12 became the first team under the new name of
"MONARCH UNITED SOCCER CLUB"
Monarchs United Soccer Club was created in August 2004 with one U12 soccer team, since then the team continues to move
up in division and in 2004-05 season the club participated two teams, U13 and U14. This season was the most fun because both
teams were recognized. The U13 finished 3rd and the U14 finishing 4th.
In 2007 Monarchs USC played 1 devision up and won the U16 Championship, Monarchs USC was a U15 Team
In 2008 Monarchs USC played 1 devision up and won the U17 Championship, Monarchs USC was a U16 Team
2 CONSECUTIVE CHAMPIONSHIP FINISHES(CONGRATULATIONS MUSC BOYS)
For the 2008-09 season Monarchs USC will participate in U18 devision even though it will be a U17 Team, We wish Monarchs
USC boys a successful campaign in the 2008-09 season.
